이 관계자는 "베트남, 필리핀, 인도네시아 등 10대 타깃의 인구가 풍부한 동남아 국가를 위주로 매출이 점점 증가세에 있다"며 "국내외 MZ 뷰티마켓에 큰 반향을 일으킬 것으로 기대된다"고 덧붙였다.

SA코스믹이 건설자재 부문 등의 선전으로 매출을 상승시켰으나, 영업익·순익 측면의 적자폭은 다소 심화됐다.
2022년 8월 반기보고서 실적(연결기준)분석 결과 CSA코스믹의 2분기 매출은 전기비 10.3%(15억 원) 증가한 161억 원으로 나타났다. 화장품 부문의 매출은 3억 원 감소했으나, 건설자재 부문 매출이 18억 늘어 총매출이 증가했다. 전년비는 42.1%(48억 원) 늘었다. 이 기간에는 화장품 부문 매출이 50억 원 증가했다. 상반기 누적매출은 전년비 36.2%(82억 원) 증가한 308억 원으로, 이 기간에는 건설자재 매출이 17억 원 감소했으나, 화장품 매출이 99억 원 늘었다.
매출총이익은 전기비 6.1%(5억 원) 증가해 90억 원으로 기록됐다. 지배기업 6억 원 감소를 종속기업 등의 매출총이익 11억 원 증가가 상쇄했다. 전년비는 지배기업 매출총이익 44억 원 증가에 따라 65.6%(36억 원) 늘었다. 누적은 176억 원으로 전년비 72.6%(74억 원) 늘었다. 지배기업 매출총이익 88억 원 증가에 따른 것이다. 2분기 매출총이익률은 전기비 2.2%p 감소, 전년비 8.0%p 증가한 56.0% 수준이다. 누적은 전년비 12.0%p 상승한 57.1%다.
매출 상승에도 영업익은 전기비 7억원 감소해 15억 원의 영업손실이 발생했다. 전년비 역시 적자가 지속됐는데, 화장품 부문 영업익 8억 원·건설자재 부문 영업익이 7억 원 감소해 적자폭이 전년비 14억 원 늘었다. 누적 영업손실은 22억 이며, 손실은 전년비 2억 원 감소한 것으로 나타났다.
영업익 감소에 8억 원의 기부금 증가가 더해지며 순익은 16억 원 감소했다. CSA코스믹의 2분기 순손실은 25억 원으로 늘었다. 전년비 순손실은 24억 원 늘었다. 이 기간에도 기부금은 8억 원 증가했다. 누적 순손실 역시 기부금 증가에 따라 8억 원 증가해 33억 원으로 늘었다.
CSA코스믹은 2분기에 2억 원의 상품매출을 기록했다. 지배기업의 관련매출 1억 원 증가에 따라 전기비 152.1%(1억 원) 늘었다. 전년비도 1억 원 이상 늘었는데, 이 기간에는 종속기업 등의 상품매출이 1억 원 증가한 것으로 나타났다. jejucosmetic누적 상품매출은 전년비 234.2%(2억 원) 늘어난 3억 원이다. 종속기업 등의 관련매출 2억 원 증가가 영향을 미쳤다. 매출액 대비 2분기 상품매출은 전기비 0.7%p·전년비 0.9%p 증가한 1.2% 수준이며, 누적은 전년비 0.5%p 증가한 0.9%다.
연구개발비로는 1분기 대비 1억 원 감소한 1억 원이 사용됐다. 전년비 역시 1억 원 감소했다. 누적 연구개발비는 3억 원이며, 비용인식 1억 원 증가로 전년비 1억 원 상승했다. 매출액 대비 2분기 연구개발비는 전기비 0.3%p·전년비 0.5%p 감소한 0.8% 수준이다.
화장품 부문 관련 매출이 2억 원 증가하면서 CSA코스믹의 2분기 해외매출·수출은 전기비 259.8%(2억 원) 늘었다. 전년비 역시 화장품 부문 관련매출 12억 원 증가로 12억 원 증가했다. 누적 해외매출·수출은 전년비 64.9%(6억 원) 줄었다. 화장품 부문 관련 매출이 6억 원 감소했기 때문이다. 매출액 대비 2분기 해외매출·수출은 전기비 1.2%p 증가한 1.7%이며, 누적은 전년비 3.3%p 감소한 1.1%다.
CSA 코스믹 (1,015원 ▲10 +1.00%)은 결손금 보전과 재무구조 개선을 목적으로 보통주 500원인 액면가를 200원으로 감액하는 무상감자를 추진한다고 30일 밝혔다. 감자 사유는 결손금 보전 및 재무구조개선이다. 오는 11월 11일 임시주주총회 승인을 거쳐 자본감소 안건과 정관 일부 변경 안건을 결의한 뒤 무상감자를 확정할 예정이다.
액면가 감액 방식의 무상감자는 액면가를 감액하여 자본금을 낮춤으로써 재무 건전성을 높이는 방법이다. 자본금은 감소하나 동일한 금액만큼 감자 차익이 발생하여 결과적으로 자본 총계는 변동 없이 자본잠식을 줄일 수 있다.
CSA코스믹(대표 조성아)의 라이프스타일 뷰티 브랜드 원더바스가 베트남에서 인기를 끌고 있다고 밝혔다.
브랜드측에 따르면 원더바스의 여러 제품 중 특히 ‘PHA 클렌저’의 매출이 급상승하고 있는데, 이는 베트남의 유명 인플루언서와 크리에이터들이 직접 사용해본 후 SNS 등을 통해 극찬을 한 것이 계기가 됐다고 밝혔다.
CSA코스믹 담당자는 “작년부터 베트남 현지에서 ‘국민 미백 클렌저’, ‘재구매 필수 클렌저’ 등의 애칭까지 붙으며 인기가 급상승하고 있는 ‘원더바스 PHA 클렌저’는 맑고, 환한 피부를 선호하는 베트남 여성들의 취향과 약산성, 저자극 클렌저를 선호하는 최신 트렌드에 딱 맞아 떨어져 현지에서 큰 반응을 일으킨 것 같다.”며 “베트남 현지에서만 작년에 30만개 이상 판매되었고, 올 해는 작년의 두 배인 60만개 이상 판매가 예상되고 있다. 주문량이 빠르게 늘어나고 있어 내년 물량을 미리 준비하고 있다”고 밝혔다.
브랜드측에 따르면 PHA 클렌저는 거품력을 개선해 부드럽고 자극없이 노폐물을 제거할 수 있으며, 저자극 필링 성분인 PHA가 최대 처방 수치인 2,000 PPM 함유되어 있는 것이 특징이다. 이에 민감한 피부를 가진 사람들도 쉽고 부드럽게 각질을 제거할 수 있고, 피부자극 임상 테스트와 비건인증까지 받았다는게 브랜드측 설명이다.

국내 화장품기업 주가에 ‘훈풍’이 불고 있다. 중국 정부가 그동안 고집해 온 ‘제로 코로나’ 정책을 완화하고 있는 데다 국내에서는 실내 마스크 착용 의무를 조정하려는 움직임이 본격화되고 있어서다. 이에 화장품주에 때 이른 봄날이 찾아오는 게 아니냐는 기대감이 번지고 있다.
한국거래소에 따르면, 12월 5일부터 9일까지 한 주간 화장품 기업의 주가는 전주 대비 4.62% 상승했다. 해당 화장품 기업은 네이버증권 화장품업종에 속한 기업 54곳 가운데 우선주와 거래정지 중인 코스온, 협진을 제외한 48곳을 기준으로 했다.
지난 한 주 사이 국내 화장품 업계에서는 30% 넘게 주가가 급등한 컬러레이(32.90%)를 비롯해 세화피앤씨(23.14%), 엔에프씨(15.69%), 바른손(15.17%) 등 주가가 크게 오른 기업이 줄을 이었다.
현대바이오랜드(14.12%), 씨앤씨인터내셔널(13.89%), 오가닉티코스메틱(12.96%), 선진뷰티사이언스(11.78%), 잉글우드랩(11.65%), 코스메카코리아(10.86%)의 주가도 10% 넘는 상승세를 나타냈다.
또 코스맥스(9.50%), 아모레G(8.94%), 클리오(8.05%), 토니모리(8.01%), LG생활건강(7.76%), 코리아나(7.18%), 씨티케이(6.40%), 아모레퍼시픽(6.08%), 원익(5.98%), 아이패밀리에스씨(5.53%), 에이블씨엔씨(4.93%), 애경산업(4.81%), 디와이디(4.49%), 네오팜(3.45%), 제닉(3.25%), 메디앙스(3.24%), 스킨앤스킨(3.04%), 한국화장품(2.90%), 한국콜마홀딩스(2.54%), 한국화장품제조(2.52%), 한국콜마(2.28%), 잇츠한불(1.63%), 코디(1.45%), 리더스코스메틱(0.82%)에 이르기까지 대부분 화장품 기업의 주가가 올랐다.
반면, 코스나인(-12.62%), 에스디생명공학(-9.19%), 글로본(-8.61%), 올리패스(-6.34%), 휴엠앤씨(-4.68%), 현대바이오(-4.31%), 아우딘퓨쳐스(-3.71%), 본느(-1.96%), 내츄럴엔도텍(-1.33%), 라파스(-1.33%), 현대퓨처넷(-0.97%), 브이티지엠피(-0.18%)는 주가가 약세를 나타냈다.

CSA코스믹이 화장품 매출 영향으로 전기비 영업익, 순이익 등에서 적자가 발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
2022년 5월 분기보고서 실적(연결기준)분석 결과 CSA코스믹의 1분기 매출은 전기비 45.1%(120억 원) 감소, 전년비는 30.3%(34억 원) 증가한 146억 원을 기록했다. 전기비는 화장품 부문 82억 원, 건설자재 38억 원이 줄어든 영향이며, 반대로 전년비는 화장품 48억 원 증가, 건설자재 14억 원 감소가 영향이다.
매출총이익은 전기비 44.5%(68억 원) 감소한 85억 원을 기록했다. 지배기업 49억 원, 종속기업 등에서 19억 원 감소한 것이 원인으로 분석된다. 전년비는 지배기업에서 45억 원이 증가함에 따라 80.7%(38억 원) 증가했다. 매출총이익률은 58.3%로 전기비 0.6%P, 전년비는 16.3%P 증가한 것으로 나타났다.
영업손실은 8억 원으로 전년비 60억 원의 적자 발생으로 적자전환했다. 화장품 40억 원, 전설자재 19억 원 감소가 주요 원인이다. 전년비는 건설자재 9억 원 감소, 화장품 23억 원 증가로 적자폭을 16억 원 줄였지만 적자지속 상태다. 이번 분기 영업이익률은 -5.2%로 전기비 24.8%P 감소, 전년비 15.5%P 증가했다.
이번 분기 순손실은 9억 원으로 영업익 60억 원 감소로 인해 전기비 51억 원 적자가 발생해 적자전환했다. 전년비는 영업익 16억 원 증가로 15억 원의 적자폭을 줄였지만 적자를 면지 못했다. 순이익률은 -5.8%로 전기비 21.8%P 감소, 전년비 15.4%P 증가한 것으로 나타났다.
타사품 유통(상품) 매출은 전기비 92.7%(10억 원) 감소, 전년비 53.1% 증가한 8000만 원을 기록했다. 전기비는 종속기업 등에서 10억 원 매출이 하락한 영향이다. 매출액 대비 비중은 0.5%로 전기비 3.5%P 감소, 전년비 0.1%P 증가했다.
연구개발비는 1억5000만 원으로 전기비 80.1%(1억 원) 증가했다. 전년비도 비용인식 1억 원 증가로 226.5%(1억 원) 증가했다. 매출액 대비 비중은 1.0%다.

바이오플러스(099430)가 경쇄(Light chain) 보툴리눔 톡신의 재조합 단백질에 펩타이드 소재를 결합한 화장품을 출시했다고 밝혔다. 바이오플러스측은 이 제품은 분자량이 커 내성과 부작용을 일으키는 중쇄를 제거해 신경세포를 표적하는 기능의 경쇄만 남긴 재조합 방식으로 반감기를 늘리는 기술과 피부흡수 능력을 높인 펩타이드 기술이 적용됐다고 설명했다.

* 엑소아틀레트, 어린이 재활로봇 ‘의료기기 인증 획득’ = 엑소아틀레트가 어린이 전용 웨어러블 재활로봇 ‘밤비니 틴즈'(Bambini Teens)의 국내 의료기기 인증을 취득했다고 밝혔다. 엑소아틀레트는 지면 보행이 가능한 웨어러블 로봇 중 처음으로 발목 모터(Ankle motor)와 능동형, 수동형 보행 지원 훈련이 모두 가능한 어린이 전용 웨어러블 재활로봇이라고 회사측은 설명했다.
* 팬젠, 빈혈치료제 고용량 제품 품목허가 신청 = 팬젠(222110)이 식약처에 바이오시밀러 빈혈 치료제 팬포틴 고용량 제품(6,000IU 및 10,000IU)의 품목허가를 신청했다고 밝혔다. 회사측은 시장 선점을 위해 고용량 제품을 선호하는 종합병원을 타겟으로 품목허가를 신청했다고 설명했다. 팬젠은 2020년부터 팬포틴 2,000IU 및 4,000IU의 저용량 제품을 신장 투석 센터 위주로 판매돼 왔다.
